On November 4, 2024, the 34th Saudi Riyadh Building Materials Exhibition was held at the Riyadh International Exhibition Center. The exhibition gathered numerous exhibitors from the Middle East, Europe, Asia, and North America, providing a platform for global manufacturers in the building materials, construction machinery, HVAC, and other industries to exchange ideas and explore investment opportunities. It is the largest and most influential building materials exhibition in the Saudi region.

In this international exhibition, GS HOUSING presents its innovative product solutions in many fields, including business, cultural travel and home stay. With the product concept of high efficiency, energy saving, intelligence and environmental protection, GS HOUSING has brought many surprises to the audience and won wide attention and praise.

We model our products so that customers can feel our products more intuitively, so as to achieve excellent visualization and interactive experience. This not only enhances customers’ understanding of the characteristics of our products, but also improves their understanding of the product structure, enabling them to understand and experience our products in more detail.

In recent years, GS HOUSING has actively participated in the exchange and mutual learning of international top modular housing brands, and frequently appeared in major exhibitions around the world. We have participated in many international events, such as the Canton Fair 2022, BIG 5 Qatar 2023, Saudi Building Materials Exhibition 2023, Jakarta 2024, and 2024 Saudi Building Materials Exhibition, bringing the GS HOUSING brand to the world stage.

In 2023, we established an office in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and established a local factory in 2024.
