To enhance team cohesion, boost employee morale, and promote inter-departmental collaboration, GS Housing recently held a special team-building event at the Ulaanbuudun Grassland in Inner Mongolia. The vast grasslands and pristine natural scenery provided an ideal setting for team building.
Here, we carefully planned a series of challenging team games, such as “Three Legs,” “Circle of Trust,” “Rolling Wheels,” “Dragon Boat,” and “Trust Fall,” which not only tested intellect and physical endurance but also fostered communication and teamwork.

The event also featured Mongolian cultural experiences and traditional Mongolian cuisine, deepening our understanding of grassland culture. It successfully strengthened team bonds, enhanced overall cooperation, and laid a solid foundation for future team development.
