The company’s main products include flat pack container houses, steel structures, and prefabricated quick-installation houses. It is widely used in camps, business travel, civilian, special equipment and other fields.
The company specializes in products such as container houses, mobile homes, and steel structures, which are widely used in various applications including construction camps, military bases, municipal temporary buildings, villas, tourism and vacation resorts, commercial housing, educational facilities, and disaster relief housing.
In addition, GS Housing has its own research and development company and construction labor services. Our R&D team includes professional engineers specializing in navigation, electrical systems, and steel structure design, who are proficient in using modeling software such as BIM, STAAD PRO, 3D3S, and PKPM.

In 2001, GS Housing was founded.
In 2008, GS Housing had successfully transformed from a small manufacturer of mobile homes into a leading supplier of container houses for large enterprises.
In 2015, GS Housing established its first modular housing production facility and quickly became one of China’s leading modular home manufacturers.
In 2017, GS Housing launched its Guangdong branch, marking the establishment of our second modular production base in China.
In 2019, all five of GS Housing’s modular factories were fully operational, solidifying our position as the largest modular housing manufacturer in China.
In 2020, GS Housing Group relocated its headquarters to Foshan, supporting the business’s development towards standardization, industrialization, integration, and customization, thereby laying a solid foundation for the company’s transformation and long-term planning.
In 2020, During the COVID-19 pandemic, GS Housing successfully implemented 66 emergency projects and provided 29,728 modular housing units, making a significant contribution to the fight against the virus.
In 2024, GS Housing established a Modular Integrated Construction (MIC) facility, providing cutting-edge solutions for innovative smart modular housing. This factory prioritizes product eco-friendliness, production efficiency, sustainability, and flexibility, positioning us as a leader in the future of the prefabricated construction industry.
