At the same time, GS Housing’s MIC Factory will begin full-scale production and operations in March 2025, ushering in a new production and service model that will further enhance our technological strength and market competitiveness in the modular construction field.

Additionally, GS Housing’s supply chain company will be fully operational, specializing in the innovation and application of non-permanent modular construction, covering sectors such as cultural and tourism camps, conference camps (for emergency rescue, the Olympics, football events, etc.).
