The Indonesia Huayou Camp Project, led by Huayou Cobalt, aims to develop Indonesia’s abundant nickel resources to meet the growing global demand for electric vehicle battery materials.

 Huayou Cobalt Huayue Project
GS Housing supplied 512 sets of prefabricated containers for this project, completing the entire process from project implementation to transportation and installation in just 25 days (including the Spring Festival holiday). The Huayue Project Department highly praised GS Housing for its rapid response and execution efficiency, expressing sincere gratitude.

 Huayou Cobalt Huashan Nickel-Cobalt Project
For the Huashan Nickel-Cobalt Project in Indonesia, GSHousing provided 1,081 sets of modular prefabricated container houses, accommodating the accommodation needs of 5,000 workers. The project was entirely constructed using modular prefabricated containers, including:

         ● 1 comprehensive office building for 300 people (138 containers), capable of meeting the office requirements of 6 construction teams and the owner simultaneously;

          ● 6 staff canteens (40 containers per building, totaling 240 containers);

          ● 64 staff dormitories (10 containers per building, including 16 management dormitories with integrated bathrooms and 48 employee dormitories, totaling 640 containers);

           ● 9 staff public bathhouses (5 containers per building, totaling 45 containers);

           ● 1 activity room (12 containers);

           ● 1 shop and barber shop(6 containers).

Through modular design, GS Housing not only met the diverse needs of the project but also fully demonstrated its advantages in efficiency, flexibility, and environmental sustainability. This has provided strong support for Huayou Cobalt’s overseas projects, further strengthening the collaborative relationship between the two parties.
